Formula Schools - An exciting competition giving key stage 3 and 4 pupils the
chance to design, engineer and race their own bio-fuel or
electrically powered REMOTE-CONTROLLED CARS
Schools Marine Challenge - School teams within key stage 3 and 4 link with a technology-based
company to design, build and race REMOTE- CONTROLED BOATS
in 3 environmentally friendly fuel categories; solar, methanol
bio-fuel and electric
Formula Gravity - A dynamic challenge for students engaged in both further education
and schools to design, engineer and pilot a ‘GRAVITY
RACER‘. The core activity is engineering, however teams
are required to access and perform within the following skills
sectors: Design, Marketing, Finance and Business Planning
Curriculum Delivery - On site and remote learning programmes developed with your
team or as standalone activities
Contributes to all Technology based curriculum at KS3, 4 & 5 Directly delivers: GCSE Engineering and Manufacturing
Performing Engineering Operations Levels 1 & 2
‘Young Apprenticeship’ Programme content, Development of Diploma, including delivery of Units 2,3,4,6
Curriculum Planning - Development of technology, engineering and science programmes
with an emphasis on vocational qualifications. From specific
advisory services to full ‘turn key’ programmes
Specialist Science & Technology Days - Bespoke challenges for Education and Corporate clients. From
primary to degree level, including; skills development &
team building. Our range of activities covers one-day events
through to extended courses all with pre-planned client specific
objectives
