What is gravity racer?

An opportunity to enter a dynamic challenge whilst taking part in an Apprenticeship.
The core activity is engineering, however teams will be required to access and perform within the following skills sectors:

Design
Marketing
Finance and business planning

The Challenge

To design, engineer and pilot a ‘Gravity Racer‘

The majority of team members must be engaged in an Apprentice programme at any level
Teams must link with an industry partner(s)
Racers must be powered by gravity alone
Teams must consist of a minimum of 3 members
All Racers must have budget documentation and must have a starting grid cost of less than £500 in components
